Twice a month, our "Felsenkeller" (downstairs stage) is space for one of Vienna's longest running open mic nights -- for all music performers!

We run two different monthly open stages:

...1st Thu every month:
Acoustic music Open Stage -- for all types of folky-ish music, vocal and / or instrumental, traditional or composed.

...3rd Thu every month:
Songwriter Night, only (or mainly) self-composed material, independent of musical genre.

Further details:

  • We provide our PA, microphones, DIs, monitors and sound assistance. You bring your voice and / or instruments.
  • There's also a piano on the stage and, on request, a drum kit.
  • Most musicians will play between 20 and 25 minutes (about 4 to 6 songs). Shorter is OK, for instance if you're just taking your first steps into playing live or want to try out two or three new songs. Longer might be possible if there's not so much happening on that evening. (Normally we're well booked though).
